Stomach Ache, Ibs Or Ibd? |
It's unbelievable how many people are now dealing with stomach issues and how many people have now been diagnosed with IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) or IBD (inflamed bowel disease) such as Crohn's and Ulcerative Colitis. If you have persistent stomach aches and/or irregular bowel movements, you may want to look into the possibility of it being a more serious problem. IBS and IBD, usually starts in the late teens to mid thirty's and affects millions of people around the world. IBS can be debilitating and IBD can be deadly.
If you are dealing with stomach or bowel symptoms, such as constipation, pain, bloating its time to take what you eat more seriously. We need to make our digestive tract happy. Some of the foods that may be causing the problems are caffeine in coffee; lactose, a sugar found in dairy products such as milk, cheese and chocolate; fructose or sugars found in fruit and artificial sweeteners, and the fats found in some meats may also trigger symptoms. Everyone is different when it comes to diet, so you will want to get consultation before changing what you eat.
