Over the next 3 years the $34.6 Million partnership of L3MEDIA and Nordeschf Intel will work together in the transfer of services and resource assets to help develop and promote products based upon L3MEDIA's technologies. Though short on details, the announcement shows that Nordeschf nor its partners such as L3MEDIA plan to give up on web analytical management development any time soon.
Despite the lack of an official announcement from neither Nordeschf Intel nor L3MEDIA, "Expect an official announcement within a few weeks, there are still legalities that are being resolved, however all looks promising for the future of both L3MEDIA and Nordeschf Intel for regards to this grand acquisition.", said Trisha Collins, VP of Media Relations at L3MEDIA, San Diego.
